So löschen Sie Ihr TuneLogic-Konto

In der App oder auf dieser Website anmelden (Anmelden).
Unter Account ganz unten „Delete account…“ wählen, das Passwort eingeben und bestätigen.

Ohne Zugang zum Konto (z. B. Passwort vergessen): Passwort über „Forgot password“ zurücksetzen oder eine E-Mail von der Adresse des Kontos an [email protected] schreiben.

Was gelöscht wird

Sofort und endgültig: Projekte, Tune-Versionen, erzeugte .mhd-Dateien, gespeicherte Datalogs und die Anmeldung auf allen Geräten. Die E-Mail-Adresse wird aus dem Konto entfernt.

Was bleibt

Kaufbelege (Bestellung, Rechnungsdaten) bewahren wir für die gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfrist auf (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB, bis zu 10 Jahre). Lizenzen werden mit dem Konto deaktiviert und können nicht auf ein anderes Konto übertragen werden.

How to delete your TuneLogic account

Sign in in the app or on this website (Sign in).
Open Account, choose “Delete account…” at the bottom, enter your password and confirm.

Cannot sign in (e.g. forgotten password)? Reset it via “Forgot password”, or email [email protected] from the account's address.

What is deleted

Immediately and for good: your projects, tune versions, generated .mhd files, saved datalogs and your sign-in on every device. Your email address is removed from the account.

What is kept

Purchase records (order, invoice data) for the statutory retention period (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB, up to 10 years). Licences are deactivated with the account and cannot be moved to another account.
